We are a 10-year-old rapidly growing company seeking to add more phone sales professionals for a long-term mutually beneficial relationship.

Job Description:

This is a W2 Full-Time Sales Position with hourly pay plus generous commission, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays. While working from home, you will be making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls. This is primarily an outbound, or cold-call, telesales position BUT using the highest quality leads which we provide. Our lead generation system is highly sophisticated with customized filtered leads that also allow for metrics tracking including lead generation, sales tracking, call volume, and many others. Our 'secret sauce' is that our leads are developed in-house through proprietary technology. You will never have “recycled” or “called on before” leads. In addition, we know with certainty the leads being called are required by law to have the service we offer.

We have a proven online training program. Your performance metrics are easily tracked, and your managers give daily/weekly feedback. Our top producers start no later than 8:30 am each day, work a solid 8-hour day, set personal performance goals, and are highly focused. They occasionally give 2-3 hours on Saturdays to set up for the next week's sales because they know that getting off to a quick start each week is crucial. Even if you are not a “6-figure top producer”, if you have qualified phone sales skills then you should make great money at any level with us.

The best part about this job is that it is now able to be performed “On the Go” with our mobile-friendly system. Previously, to use our system, you had to have a computer with internet service to perform this job, but you are now able to access our system and process sales with your mobile device using your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. This means you are not going to be tied down to a desk. All we ask is that you have a quiet working space while talking to customers to ensure them that they have 100% of your focus. Should you be selected for this position, our tech support team will be in contact with you after your online training is completed to make sure that you are all set up to start working.

We offer Health Insurance as well as Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance to all Employees after their 90-day waiting period. Details will be given at the time of hiring.

Requirements:

1. Daily access to reliable internet, personal computer/headset, or a working mobile device able to access the internet and the ability to troubleshoot your own equipment

2. Quiet working environment as you will be on the phone speaking with customers

Qualifications:

1. MUST have cold calling/telesales experience (please only apply if you have made your living over the phone securing sales).

2. Excellent phone presentation and communication skills as well as rapport building and customer service.

3. Must pass a background check.

Compensation:

This job pays $15/hr. base rate plus commission.
