DOT Compliance Group is a fast-growing company in the DFW area. We are searching for a Sales Director to add to our rapidly growing team in our Irving, TX call center. Our company provides valuable services to the Motor Carrier (trucking) industry and if chosen you’ll lead a team of 15-20 inside sales agents.

 

We are seeking an individual with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.  Call center supervision preferred but leadership ability, high level of integrity and a can/do attitude are a must.   Comp plan includes a competitive salary and quarterly bonus, 100% employer-paid health benefits and 2 weeks paid time off in addition to eight (8) paid holidays.  Office hours are Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm.

DOT Compliance Group is a fast-growing company seeking telesales representatives with a passion for customer service, a drive to succeed, a high level of integrity, and a positive attitude to work full-time in our Irving office.

Job Summary: This is a full-time non-exempt inside sales position working shifts from roughly 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday – Friday. You will be selling valuable services that the DOT Compliance Group provides to the motor carrier (trucking) industry. You will be calling and selling to warm leads that are provided to you. You will also field incoming calls from interested parties in the motor carrier industry who have received information about our services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Call leads from a provided database and offers our services
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Place outbound calls/answer inbound calls and address the client’s needs and concerns
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Upsell products and services
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Complete call logs and reports, documenting call information
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
  • Follow “scripts” as provided by DOT Compliance Group
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Represent the company in a positive light
  • Demonstrate the ability to confidently communicate effectively utilizing customer service soft skills such as empathy, assurance, and voice inflection
